How to change your tax withholding (W-4)

Employees can change their tax withholding for both federal and state through Lawson ESS.

Accessing Lawson:

• On the Hoag network: Access Lawson ESS through the Wave (https://lawprod.hoag.org/lawson/portal)
• Remote Access: Using a personal computer, visitESS.Hoag.org. Accessing ESS remotely via mobile device is not supported at this time.

Due to Payroll processing, Lawson ESS is unavailable Tuesdays before payday and will reopen as early as Wednesday midnight. Please reference the Payroll Calendar. 

Select Payroll under Employee Self Serv then click on Tax Withholding> Enter federal and state withholding information.
