Registered Nurses or roles that require the RN license can add the degree/certification on badges. Employee must work with their leader to have the degree/certification added in SuccessFactors (Hoag network connection required). Your leader or department admin can add it by going to Employee Profile and clicking on Edit next to the Magnet Certification - Nursing Only.
Once your leader or department admin adds the degree/certification in SuccessFactors, please stop by the HR office to print your new badge.
